At Bloomex we pay the shipping cost! It’s part of our commitment to you, our valued  customer.  Another significant component of our commitment involves providing industry Number One  product  in a  fast, fair, and friendly manner. We ship via ground parcel service.

We make every effort to ship your bulbs to you as soon as the weather in your zone is conducive to shipping, many summer bulbs and unprotected bare root perennials should not be subjected to freezing temperatures. Generally you should receive your plants with ample time to start them indoors and get a head start on the season should you wish, late March to early April is the historic window. If you do not plant or start your selections immediately or within a couple of days of receipt, you must store them in a cool, dry place. For prolonged periods store bulbs and corms in a cold cellar or refrigerator, for bare root stock you can remove them from their poly package and quickly  heel them into a shallow 45 degree trench in any area with enough soil, avoid puddling areas. Each approach works well until you have sufficient time to properly plant them.

We source and acquire only the best product from the best growers and  store it under exacting conditions. We sell only fresh for the season product. We prepare and ship your plants at the proper time for your growing zone. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or through our toll free number, 1-844-446-9669, within 5 business days of receipt and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund.  As we incur the cost to ship your purchase to you, we cannot pay for return shipping. Detailed planting instructions are included with each purchase.
